Whatever you’re reading of the other reviews, I can say that no review can do justice for how awesome our entire experience at The Castle was. Our family of 7 had more than enough space to spread out into and we were overwhelmed by the hospitality of Anand and Lisa, the convenience of the location and so many other things including: ease of access to multiple transportation options, convenient (<3 blocks) access to Whole Foods and Walgreens, relative peace and quiet in a very busy area. If you look at a map you’ll see that a Ritz and several other high end hotels are nearby. Save your money because they can’t compete with The Castle!! We would recommend this property over and over.”

They were very flexible to help with our checkin and checkout process which made all the difference. The breakfast provided was also lovely. In the last several years I have had experience staying at dozens of Airbnbs across different countries, and this was truly my favorite one for various reasons. The space with its amenities and special touches was truly astounding, and was the perfect weekend getaway location for our family of 7. In addition, Anand and Lisa went above and beyond typical hospitality and made us all feel so welcome. They accommodated an early check-in and helped us with street parking, as well as gave us a thorough tour of the home. It is within walking distance of all the sites, the Whole Foods is just down the street and the bars, restaurants and shops of Georgetown are just minutes away. After losing our 1st Airbnb reservation, it was by grace we found The Castle and words cannot express how happy and pleased we were with our stay. Not only is the location perfect and close to restaurants, a metro stop and a short Uber ride to nightlife but the home is beautiful. 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Lisa's eye for design does not go unnoticed. The attention to detail within this home is perfect. The courtyard in the back was our favorite spot to have girl talk and drink mimosas while sitting in front of the firepit. The home was very clean. Anand and Lisa also provided some groceries for breakfast. Their communication as host was timely and prompt. They are beyond accommodating.
