The Banquet Room is perfect for every special event. Conveniently located on the third floor of The Frosted Castle, this cozy space is adaptable for any Special Event.
Our location is in Downtown Washington, DC is conveniently located within a short walking distance to The White House, Georgetown, The Foggy Bottom Metro, world class restaurants, landmark monuments and sites, museums, exciting places for shopping and biking/jogging paths along the Potomac River.
Our previous guests have used The Banquet Room for a wide range of Special Events such as Morning Brunch, Wedding Parties, Graduation celebrations, Sweet 16 Birthday parties, Bachelorette parties, Engagement Announcements, Formal Cocktail parties, Formal and Casual Sit-down Lunch or Dinners, Book signings, Wine and Cheese tastings, Medical Seminars, Client Meetings, Yoga Seminars, Client Business Meetings (with drop-down screen PowerPoint presentations), and other numerous promotional events.
The Banquet Room can comfortably accommodate a Formal Sit-Down Dinner of 26 people or a stand-up Cocktail Party of 30 people.
The space features a splash of daylight from the sundrenched room or can be darkened for presentations or privacy.
The highest quality in sound emanates for the top of the line Sonos ceiling speakers and sound system. Whether your group in watching a sports event or playing music for a special event, the crisp audio system delivers clean sound throughout the Banquet Room.
Included in the rental of the Banquet Room, we also provide freshly ground coffee, Espresso, Cappuccinos, Lattes and Americano coffee for all of our guests, not to mention a wide variety of teas.
Linen table cloth, linen napkins, place settings and cutlery are available for an additional charge.
Depending upon the weather conditions and the size of the group, numerous guests who have stayed with us in the lower levels suite have also taken advantage of our West End Street Side Patio Garden, as well as the private Rear Alleyway Patio Garden, complete with cozy patio furniture and a gas barbecue grill.
Cleaning Charges for each event are in addition to rental fees and are to be paid by our guests. The cost of the cleaning charges will depend on the nature of the event and any special cleaning that may be required. No outdoor gatherings or events are allowed outside after 10:00 pm, according to The DC Ordinance for Excessive Noise.
**All Special Events and gatherings are according to availability and are to be requested by the Guest at least 48 hours before each event and must be approved by the Host. The cost for the rental of The Banquet Room will be determined according to the nature of each event. All events must be paid to the Host in advance. Use of the Banquet Room, Lower Level Suites, exterior patios, and the gas barbecue grill for all Special Events must be requested and approved in writing before the commencement of any such event.
